“In periods of rapid personal change, we pass through life as though we are spellcast. We speak in sentences that end before finishing. We sleep heavily because we need to ask so many questions as we dream alone. We bump into others and feel bashful at recognizing souls so similar to ourselves.”
One of the many great quotes and lessons in this book. READ IT and weep. Maybe you wont weep but it’s good enough that you might. One of the best books I’ve read in a while. Douglas Coupland’s main character, Tyler Johnson goes on strange tangents at times but really excellent character development. Seriously read it.
